  1. 01Who we are

futuredesigns.it is run by Luigi Abbondandolo, trading as Future Designs, VAT no. 03140520648, Avellino (AV), Italy. Contact: richieste@futuredesigns.it.

  2. 02Scope

These terms govern the use of the site. By browsing it you accept them; if you don’t agree, please don’t use it.

The services we offer (websites, e-commerce, SEO, 3D experiences, AI integrations, maintenance) are governed by the quote or contract signed with each client, which prevails over these terms.

  3. 03Information and quotes

The site’s content, including indicative timelines, prices and service descriptions, is for information only and is not a binding offer.

Sending a request through the contact form creates no obligation for you or for us: a working relationship only begins with the written acceptance of a quote.

  4. 04Intellectual property

Texts, graphics, animations, 3D models, code and the Future Designs brand are owned by us or used under licence, and are protected by copyright law. You may not copy, modify or reuse them commercially without our written consent.

Names, logos and images of the projects shown belong to the respective clients and are published with their agreement, only as examples of our work.

  5. 05Fair use of the site

You agree not to use the site unlawfully or harmfully: for example sending spam through the form, attempting unauthorised access, in particular to the restricted area, or overloading our systems with automated requests.

  6. 06External links

The site links to third-party websites, such as those built for our clients. We don’t control their content and are not responsible for what they publish or for their privacy policies.

  7. 07Liability

We look after the site carefully, but cannot guarantee it is always available, error-free or fully up to date. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from the use of the site or the inability to use it, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

  8. 08Privacy and cookies

How we process personal data is described in the privacy policy; the use of cookies and similar technologies in the cookie policy.

  9. 09Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law. For disputes with businesses and professionals, the Court of Avellino has exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, the court of your place of residence has jurisdiction, as provided by the Italian Consumer Code.

  10. 10Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page, with the date of the latest change shown at the top.
